2006-2009 Strategic Plan

In July 2006, the participating organizations of the BC Social Economy Roundtable (BCSER) undertook a strategic planning exercise to draw a three-year path for the Roundtable. Much has changed since the BCSER was created, with the political, economical, and social landscape substantially different from 2004.

A three-year strategic plan has been developed to guide the efforts of the participating organizations when collaborating together as the BCSER. The priorities and activities that are included in the strategic plan are all in line with the Roundtable's overall mission to have an enabling environment for the social economy here in BC.

The plan is posted here in hopes that BC social economy practitioners and supporters will download it and gain further understanding on how we can all work together to create that enabling environment. We encourage any and all feedback, as the Roundtable considers this a living document. Many eyes and minds are continually needed to shape and revisit our collective strategy in order to ensure we are all working effectivley to get us to that enabling environment.
