Perspective at Work: A Session for Emerging Leaders

What do communities look like? How are they coping or thriving in a period of change, and of economic and environmental uncertainty? How does the sector change and interact with other stakeholders to do the business of healthy communities effectively?

Our evening celebrations are designed to provide a multitude of answers to these questions and to a vision for 2018. We’ve asked Tamara Vrooman, CEO of Vancity Savings Credit Union, to provide her perspective as our keynote address and the Co-op will assemble a panel of prominent British Columbians to provide their perspective in response.

In the afternoon, we have set aside a special opportunity for emerging leaders in the sector to ponder these questions, determine for themselves what is critical for the next 10 years, and provide a preview of what we have planned for the remainder of our celebrations.
